Donations & Merchandise

Because donations to New Beginnings Better Living Center – Touch of Love support charitable programs and are immediately allocated to ministry activities, all donations are generally non‑refundable.

However, we understand that errors can occur. Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances of thorough investigations at our discretion if:

• The donation was made in error (duplicate or accidental transactions)

• The donation amount was incorrect

• The donor did not authorize the transaction

Eligible for Replacement or Refund
• Damaged items
• Misprints
• Incorrect items
• Items lost in transit

Not Eligible
• Buyer’s remorse
• Wrong size ordered
• Color differences due to screen variations
• Items delivered correctly but unwanted

Merchandise Process
• Submit a request within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the issue
• We will coordinate with Printify/Printful for resolution
