Welcome to New Beginnings – Touch of Love (“we,” “our,” “us”). We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry dedicated to serving individuals and families impacted by incarceration. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the New Beginnings Better Living Center – Touch of Love website. By accessing, visiting or using our website (newbeginningstol.org), participating in our programs,  submitting a donation, or merchandise purchases, you agree to the following:

  • Non‑Profit Purpose — We are a registered charitable and social service organization under the Code 501(c)(3). All funds received are voluntary donations used to support our ministry’s outreach, including providing Bibles, study materials, notebooks, and spiritual resources to incarcerated individuals and their families.

    • EIN: 33-0915816​

    • Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

  • No Products or Services for Sale — We do not sell goods or services in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated. All contributions made through this website are considered charitable donations.

  • Use of Donations — Donations made through our website or other channels are used to support our programs, outreach efforts, and operational needs consistent with our mission. Allocation of funds is determined by ministry leadership to best serve the community.

    • All donations are voluntary.

    • Donations are non‑refundable, except in cases of proven error (e.g., duplicate or accidental transactions) which may be granted upon request.

    • Donors will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes. Annual giving statements are available upon request.

    • Recurring donations may be canceled at any time.​

  • Donor Information — Personal information submitted through our forms is used solely for ministry communication, donation processing, and required recordkeeping. We do not sell or share donor information.

  • Website Content — All content on this site, including text, images, logos, videos and materials, is provided for informational and ministry purposes and is the property of New Beginnings - Touch of Love unless otherwise noted. You may not:

    • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

    • Use our name or materials for commercial purposes

    • Misrepresent affiliation with our ministry

    • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, misuse or distribution is prohibited.​

  • Third‑Party Services — Our website may use secure third‑party processors (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, or Google Pay) to handle donations. These services operate under their own privacy and security policies. Additionally, other third-parties may include Merchandise Sales (Printify & Printful). We offer merchandise such as apparel, mugs, hats, and accessories through third‑party print‑on‑demand providers Printify and Printful. If you choose to purchase merchandise from our ministry store, you acknowledge that:

    • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

    • Payments are processed securely through our third‑party payment provider.

    • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify, Printful, or their partner manufacturers as promptly as possible; processing and shipping times may vary for U.S. orders (e.g. can range from 2-10 business days) or longer due to unanticipated circumstances and external uncontrollable factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, government shutdowns, postal disruptions, seasonal volume, or carrier transportation issues, etcetera).

    • Merchandise sales support our ministry programs and outreach efforts.

    • Product images are digital mockups and may differ slightly from the final product.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by Printify/Printful or supporting third‑party providers, their content site policies and of external websites, their practices or any transactions conducted on those sites.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with Printify/Printful to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds & Returns for Merchandise

    • Refunds are available for defective, verifiable lost shipments or incorrect items only.

    • Items must be unused and in original condition. 

    • Items fulfilled correctly (right size, color, design) are not eligible for return due to print‑on‑demand limitations. Not eligible includes: wrong size ordered, buyer’s remorse, and color variations due to screen differences.

    • Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the error was ours or the manufacturers.

    • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.​

  • Privacy & Data Protection - We respect your privacy.

    • Personal information is collected only for ministry communication, donations, or purchases.

    • We do not sell or share your information with third parties except for essential service providers (e.g., payment processors).

    • By using our site, you consent to our Privacy Policy where you can click to view full details.

  • Accounts & User Responsibilities                                      ​​​If you create an account on our website:

    • ​​You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. 

    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

    • ​Website and/or third-party service interruptions or technical issues.

    • Losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

    • Shipping delays from Printify/Printful.

    • Unauthorized account access.

    • Errors in product descriptions or availability.

    • Content or policies of external websites.

    • Any damages arising from use of our website or services.

​Our ministry provides spiritual and community support; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
